"Endure"

When the day, comes into play,

And you can’t find the cure,

The Good Lord’s power, for every hour,

Will help you to endure.

Trials come, we want to run,

But there is no escape,

And when your heart, breaks all apart,

I know you can relate.

But what to do, I say to you,

Is turn to God in prayer,

All who pray, find grace today,

‘Cause He is always there.

The Spirit fill, the pain to kill,

And find sweet peace within,

Through trials strong, we still belong,

And we can count on Him.

“God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation…” (James 1:12, NLT)

Everyone goes through seasons of challenge. The testing and temptations come in different ways, but none are immune. God promises special blessings to those who go through these times and don’t waver. God gives grace for those times, and even when we don’t feel like it, He is as close as the air we breathe. He expects us to call out to Him for help and expect Him to give us the strength and wisdom we need to overcome. If you’re going through a challenging season, don’t give up. It happens to all of us, and you’re not alone in it. God will help you through, then bless your endurance. Believe it!

Lord, help us overcome every challenge, in Jesus’ name.
