"Crazy

They may say you’re crazy,

Because you took a risk,

To them it seemed plumb reckless,

But let me tell you this,

Sense we see as common,

Does not always apply,

Sometimes our expectations,

Are set by those who try,

To out and out control things,

Though they can’t, it’s true,

And then they often wonder,

What we are to do,

With those who jump right into,

The stormy water waves,

They try to walk on water,

Despite what others crave.

They leave their homeland country,

They go where they are sent,

And everyone around them

Wonders why they went.

They trust in shouts and trumpets,

Expect the walls to fall,

And only for one reason,

They believe in God’s word, y’all.

So next time the Good Lord tells you,

To go and do some thing.

Though it may be risky,

Faith makes your heart to sing.

“It is impossible to please God without faith…” (Hebrews 11:6, NLT)

Faith is essential to having a relationship with God in which we enjoy and please HIm. Many who have trusted Jesus as Lord and Savior have never learned to trust HIm with their lives.. And every significant step of faith in our lives involves some form of risk. If not, it doesn’t require much faith. When a lot is on the line, much faith is is required. Placing everything we think, love and feel into the hands of Jesus .

Lord, give us strength to believe, in Jesus’ name.
